Year 3 Literacy and Archeology Project

Our Year 3 pupils have been taking the exciting role of archaeologists whilst learning about ancient Egypt. The boys went exploring around the school grounds for hidden historical artifacts.

The pupils then wrote a biography about Howard Carter, who became world famous after discovering the intact tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922. Their completed pieces of writing were indeed thoroughly impressive.
