Winterbourne boys celebrate excellent SATs results

Our pupils this summer are celebrating an excellent set of SATs results for 2016.

This year, the new, tougher exams were introduced along with a number of new performance measures, including  the new percentage measure of 'pupils meeting the expected standard' for reading, writing and maths.

Despite the tougher tests, 75% of our pupils achieved the new expected standard, making Winterbourne Boys' Academy one of the top schools in the borough for this measure.
