Chitty Chitty Bang Bang National Reading Competition

To celebrate 50 years of Ian Fleming's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang novel, the school took part in the National Literacy Trust's reading competition earlier in the term. 

The competition was based on the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang story and pupils took part on their very own magical reading tour, spending time reading in order to fuel Chitty's tank... and their imaginations. For every 10 minutes' of reading, pupils were able to fill a segment of the tank until they completed the magical reading tour. The sky was the limit.

Four pupils successfully completed the reading competition and received their awards this term. Congratulations go to:
