Anti-Bullying Week at Winterbourne

National Anti-Bullying Week was launched at the school with a visit from a specialist trainer and the director of Brave the Rage, Julie Wilkinson.  We were also joined by Anti-Bullying Ambassadors from Platanos College. 

It was a very eventful week with our own pupils performing a play during a whole school assembly on anti-bullying.  The successful workshops for the pupils gave useful advice on ways to reduce bullying and mediate conflicts. The workshops were also well attended by parents and carers. 

Our Anti-Bullying Champions delivered engaging presentations highlighting the diversity of our community and ways we can learn from each other.  A very well done to our pupils' involvement in organising such a successful week.
